Do or Do NOT... there is no TRY!

I am starting this blog because my life is driving me crazy. I am overweight, unhealthy and I have no energy to get things done so I've decided to keep a blog of my progress - tracking what/when I eat, how/if/when I excersise and how I'm feeling each day. I hope it will motivate me to loose weight and feel better about myself as a whole. So here the journey begins....

My first day so far....

Wake up: 07:30
Breakfast: 08:15 - A small banana and a half a cup of pineapple juice
Exercise: - 08:55 - 09:25 - Walking Aidan to nursery 15 min each way pushing buggy - brisk walk.
Snack: 12:00 - 450g tub of Rachels Organic Coconut Yogurt :-(
Exercise: - 12:40 - 13:10 - pick Aidan up from nursery - brisk walk one way slow walk back pushing buggy
Exercise: - 13:30 - 13:45 - Vacuuming living room and front hall
Lunch: - 14:45 - An egg salad wrap with lettuce and a hand full of Kettle Sweet Chili Chips
Dinner: - 18:30 - Veggie burger with lettuce, tomato, mayo, katchup mustard, avocado with ceasar salad and crisps - half an easter egg for dessert.
Glasses of Water Tally: 4
Exercise Total: 1hr 15min
Waist Measurement - 47
Weight - 15st 11lbs

Other Things I Got Done Today:
Called embassy to confirm passports
Sorted out nursery payments/information
Worked on expenses.
Dishes

How am I Feeling?:
Well, I have to say I'm still carrying the dissapointment of trying on dresses for the wedding yesterday and not finding anything that remotely fit nevermind was flattering.  I never think I'm as big as I am - how can my jeans be a 20 and be loose but an 18 won't fit over my bum let alone do up???  None of my close fit me properly and I can't stand to go shopping and find that nothing fits me there either!!  This has to stop, I'm almost 30 and it's only going to get harder if I don't loose it now.  I think (I hope) that if I see what I'm eating/doing and take the time to write it out each day and mark my progress or see where I'm falling short and keep track of it all it will help!  I guess we'll see.  I'm notorious for not keeping up with things and procrastination but that's all part and parcel of this as well.  So overall I guess I'm feeling motivated but still depressed about where I am with my health/weight.
