Do or Do NOT... there is no TRY!

I am starting this blog because my life is driving me crazy. I am overweight, unhealthy and I have no energy to get things done so I've decided to keep a blog of my progress - tracking what/when I eat, how/if/when I excersise and how I'm feeling each day. I hope it will motivate me to loose weight and feel better about myself as a whole. So here the journey begins....

Day Four

Wake up : 08:00
Breakfast: 09:00 - A banana
Exercise: 30min brisk walk pushing both of them in a buggy 100+pounds!
Snack: 12:00 - a bite of gingerbread man cookie and a gummy heart :P
Exercise: 3hours walking around town and mall and back home  mostly pushing buggy
Lunch: 15:30 - 1 cup sprite/fanta mix  Footlong Veggie Patty Sub - 2 white chocolate & macadamia nut cookies
Nap: 16:30-18:00
Dinner: 19:00 - bowl of organic rice puff cereal
Snack: 20:30 - mint chocolate square from small talkGlasses of Water Tally: 5 
Exercise Total: 3.5 hours of good walking yay!
Waist Measurement - 47
Weight - 15st 10lbs

Other Things I Got Done Today:
Dishes
Laundry
tarts for grans dinner
returned library books
GOT A DRESS!!

Things to Do Tomorrow:
Tidy bedrooms and get water bottle that fell down behind the bed!!
Prepare ribs and finish cleaning kitchen
clean bathroom

Things to Change:
Drink More Water
NO MORE CHOCOLATE!/Treats
Cut down Dairy
More Veggies
Sit-ups

How am I Feeling?:
When I weighed myself this morning the scale first showed 15stone 8lbs I nearly did a naked dance but then I tried again and again and it came up 15st 10lbs both times but I think considering my day yesterday - still got a good walk in today and I found a dress!!!  Size 18 and it fit!  YAY!!!  Not proud of the sprite/fanta and the cookies but tomorrows a new day right? XD
