Do or Do NOT... there is no TRY!

I am starting this blog because my life is driving me crazy. I am overweight, unhealthy and I have no energy to get things done so I've decided to keep a blog of my progress - tracking what/when I eat, how/if/when I excersise and how I'm feeling each day. I hope it will motivate me to loose weight and feel better about myself as a whole. So here the journey begins....

Day Six

Wake up : 07:30
Breakfast: 09:00 - A banana
Nap: 11:30 - 2:30 :-(
Lunch: 15:00 - beans on two slices of rye bread.
Dinner: 18:45 - Mediterranean Veg Pizza and 1 veggie finger XD
Glasses of Water Tally: 3
Exercise Total: absolutely none.
Waist Measurement - 47
Weight - 15st 10lbs

Other Things I Got Done Today:
Met with Mr. Moore from Housing Benefit

Things to Do Tomorrow:
Drop off paperwork at cunningham house for benefit
pick up folders to organize computer desk

Things to Change:
Drink More Water
NO MORE CHOCOLATE!/Treats
Get rid of CLUTTERCut down Dairy
More Veggies
Sit-ups

How am I Feeling?:
Stayed up with Brian until 2am watching The Shield - big mistake..  Aidan was sick so he woke up early and didn't go to nursery which meant I was exhausted and got no time to have a proper sleep so I put Lily down and dozed on the couch for 3 hours and then played wii for the rest of the time.   No exercise, nothing done.  Just a write off day in total. :-(  Sill, didn't gain any weight after that big dinner yesterday so I'm pretty happy about that!
