Do or Do NOT... there is no TRY!

I am starting this blog because my life is driving me crazy. I am overweight, unhealthy and I have no energy to get things done so I've decided to keep a blog of my progress - tracking what/when I eat, how/if/when I excersise and how I'm feeling each day. I hope it will motivate me to loose weight and feel better about myself as a whole. So here the journey begins....

Day Seven

Wake up : 08:00
Breakfast: 09:00 - An orange and half a digestive biscuit.
Exercise: 30min walking down and around the mall to cuningham house and back
Snack: 10:50 - A pain au chocolate at Greggs
Exercise: 3hours walking around town and mall and back home  mostly pushing buggy
Lunch: 14:30 - A bowl of vegetable soup and 2 sllices of brown bread with butter - small piece of nougat
Dinner: 18:30 - 2/3rds of a four cheese pizza - a cup of spiced tea with milk and agave
Glasses of Water Tally: 4 
Exercise Total: 30mins of good walking
Waist Measurement - 47
Weight - 15st 10lbs

Other Things I Got Done Today:
Handed in paperwork to Housing Benefit
Got folders and organized desk paperwork

Things to Do Tomorrow:
Bake cake for Ellen/Mum
Laundry

Things to Change:
Drink More Water
NO MORE CHOCOLATE!/Treats
Cut down Dairy
More Veggies
Sit-ups

How am I Feeling?:
Feeling a bit guilty since I had to fill in the last three days :-( I'm sure I forgot a few things but at least I didn't give up!!  GANBATE!!  Go forward!  I haven't lost any weight yet but I do feel better keeping track of things so hey, there ya go.
