Do or Do NOT... there is no TRY!

I am starting this blog because my life is driving me crazy. I am overweight, unhealthy and I have no energy to get things done so I've decided to keep a blog of my progress - tracking what/when I eat, how/if/when I excersise and how I'm feeling each day. I hope it will motivate me to loose weight and feel better about myself as a whole. So here the journey begins....

Day Five

Wake up : 08:00
Breakfast: 10:30 - 2 1/2 whole wheat pancakes with butter and maple syrup - half a cup of orange juice
Exercise: 2 hours cleaning kitchen, bathroom, preparing food for Gran's dinner.  
Other: 13:30 - had a shower!
Dinner: 5 spare ribs with sauce, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes, steamed cabbage/carrots, coleslaw, potatoe salad - 1 strawberry tart for dessert.
Glasses of Water Tally: 3 
Exercise Total: 2 hours moderate, still broke a sweat - not bad!
Waist Measurement - 47
Weight - 15st 10lbs

Other Things I Got Done Today:
Dishes
Laundry
cooked ribs and dinner!
played cards with Brian, Mum and Michael - I WON! XD

rrghh.. I'm doing this two days late so I can't remember much :(
