Do or Do NOT... there is no TRY!

I am starting this blog because my life is driving me crazy. I am overweight, unhealthy and I have no energy to get things done so I've decided to keep a blog of my progress - tracking what/when I eat, how/if/when I excersise and how I'm feeling each day. I hope it will motivate me to loose weight and feel better about myself as a whole. So here the journey begins....

Day Three

Wake up : 07:00
Breakfast: 08:15 - A bowl of organic rice cereal with organic museli and rice milk, a cup of apple/mango/papaya juice after breakfast I took my vitamins and had a cup of choco herbal tea with agave and rice milk
Exercise: 10 mins folding laundry and putting away groceries
Lunch: 13:00 - Beans on dark rye toast- a quarter of an apple - half a bag of licorice toffee
Snack: 14:30 - Two small sliced of dark rye toast with crunchy peanut butter and a dot of agave syrup
Snack: 16:00 - A organix apple and raspberry granola bar (no added sugar)
Dinner: 18:30 - 19:00 Quorn Pepper Chicken (not breaded) with potatoes, broccoli, carrots and veg. gravy
Snack: 20:30 - half a bag of skittles
Glasses of Water Tally: 3 
Exercise Total: 10minutes of minimal exercise
Waist Measurement - 47
Weight - 15st ???

Other Things I Got Done Today:
Dishes
Laundry

Things to Do Tomorrow:
Tidy bedrooms and get water bottle that fell down behind the bed!!
Return library books
Get treats for grans b-day dinner
Get out wedding dress to try on :-s
Wi-fit/go walking
Sit-ups


Things to Change:
Drink More Water
NO MORE CHOCOLATE!/Treats
Cut down Dairy
More Veggies
Sit-ups

How am I Feeling?:
Well, I was just a lazy eating machine today :-( barely any exercise - I was snacking out of boredom - again I dozed on the couch between 5-6pm before making dinner and as I write this Brian is running to the store to get toilet paper that I forgot to order and bringing me back a treat!! argh.. it's all the toilet papers fault.  I forgot to weigh myself at the regular time today as well so hopefully I'll remember in the morning.  Still, no chocolate right?  So, I'm feeling pretty tired and worthless and I have a ton of art to finish... urgh.. going to fill my water bottle right now....
