Do or Do NOT... there is no TRY!

I am starting this blog because my life is driving me crazy. I am overweight, unhealthy and I have no energy to get things done so I've decided to keep a blog of my progress - tracking what/when I eat, how/if/when I excersise and how I'm feeling each day. I hope it will motivate me to loose weight and feel better about myself as a whole. So here the journey begins....

Calcium/Fat?

I've noticed that I've had a really hard time reaching my calcium intake without overshooting my fat allowance.  Gotta try and get some more leafy greens in through the day instead of dairy :/
 I did manage to substitute my regular fries with sweet potato fries - which were awesome btw.  The whole family loved them!  Also, made the chocolate/strawberry cake for my birthday dinner tomorrow - lol I have a feeling I'm going to blow past my allowances tomorrow :s
