I am starting this blog because my life is driving me crazy. I am overweight, unhealthy and I have no energy to get things done so I've decided to keep a blog of my progress - tracking what/when I eat, how/if/when I excersise and how I'm feeling each day. I hope it will motivate me to loose weight and feel better about myself as a whole. So here the journey begins....

Day Seven

Wake up : 08:00
Breakfast: 09:00 - An orange and half a digestive biscuit.
Exercise: 30min walking down and around the mall to cuningham house and back
Snack: 10:50 - A pain au chocolate at Greggs
Exercise: 3hours walking around town and mall and back home  mostly pushing buggy
Lunch: 14:30 - A bowl of vegetable soup and 2 sllices of brown bread with butter - small piece of nougat
Dinner: 18:30 - 2/3rds of a four cheese pizza - a cup of spiced tea with milk and agave
Glasses of Water Tally: 4 
Exercise Total: 30mins of good walking
Waist Measurement - 47
Weight - 15st 10lbs

Other Things I Got Done Today:
Handed in paperwork to Housing Benefit
Got folders and organized desk paperwork

How am I Feeling?:
Feeling a bit guilty since I had to fill in the last three days :-( I'm sure I forgot a few things but at least I didn't give up!!  GANBATE!!  Go forward!  I haven't lost any weight yet but I do feel better keeping track of things so hey, there ya go.

Dinner: 18:45 - Mediterranean Veg Pizza and 1 veggie finger XD

How am I Feeling?:
Stayed up with Brian until 2am watching The Shield - big mistake..  Aidan was sick so he woke up early and didn't go to nursery which meant I was exhausted and got no time to have a proper sleep so I put Lily down and dozed on the couch for 3 hours and then played wii for the rest of the time.   No exercise, nothing done.  Just a write off day in total. :-(  Sill, didn't gain any weight after that big dinner yesterday so I'm pretty happy about that!

Day Five

Wake up : 08:00
Breakfast: 10:30 - 2 1/2 whole wheat pancakes with butter and maple syrup - half a cup of orange juice
Exercise: 2 hours cleaning kitchen, bathroom, preparing food for Gran's dinner.  
Other: 13:30 - had a shower!
Dinner: 5 spare ribs with sauce, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes, steamed cabbage/carrots, coleslaw, potatoe salad - 1 strawberry tart for dessert.
Glasses of Water Tally: 3 
Exercise Total: 2 hours moderate, still broke a sweat - not bad!
Waist Measurement - 47
Weight - 15st 10lbs

Exercise: 30min brisk walk pushing both of them in a buggy 100+pounds!
Snack: 12:00 - a bite of gingerbread man cookie and a gummy heart :P
Exercise: 3hours walking around town and mall and back home  mostly pushing buggy
Lunch: 15:30 - 1 cup sprite/fanta mix  Footlong Veggie Patty Sub - 2 white chocolate & macadamia nut cookies
Nap: 16:30-18:00
Dinner: 19:00 - bowl of organic rice puff cereal
Snack: 20:30 - mint chocolate square from small talkGlasses of Water Tally: 5 
Exercise Total: 3.5 hours of good walking yay!

How am I Feeling?:
When I weighed myself this morning the scale first showed 15stone 8lbs I nearly did a naked dance but then I tried again and again and it came up 15st 10lbs both times but I think considering my day yesterday - still got a good walk in today and I found a dress!!!  Size 18 and it fit!  YAY!!!  Not proud of the sprite/fanta and the cookies but tomorrows a new day right? XD

Day Three

Wake up : 07:00
Breakfast: 08:15 - A bowl of organic rice cereal with organic museli and rice milk, a cup of apple/mango/papaya juice after breakfast I took my vitamins and had a cup of choco herbal tea with agave and rice milk
Exercise: 10 mins folding laundry and putting away groceries
Lunch: 13:00 - Beans on dark rye toast- a quarter of an apple - half a bag of licorice toffee
Snack: 14:30 - Two small sliced of dark rye toast with crunchy peanut butter and a dot of agave syrup
Snack: 16:00 - A organix apple and raspberry granola bar (no added sugar)
Dinner: 18:30 - 19:00 Quorn Pepper Chicken (not breaded) with potatoes, broccoli, carrots and veg. gravy
Snack: 20:30 - half a bag of skittles
Glasses of Water Tally: 3 
Exercise Total: 10minutes of minimal exercise
Waist Measurement - 47

Well, I was just a lazy eating machine today :-( barely any exercise - I was snacking out of boredom - again I dozed on the couch between 5-6pm before making dinner and as I write this Brian is running to the store to get toilet paper that I forgot to order and bringing me back a treat!! argh.. it's all the toilet papers fault.  I forgot to weigh myself at the regular time today as well so hopefully I'll remember in the morning.  Still, no chocolate right?  So, I'm feeling pretty tired and worthless and I have a ton of art to finish... urgh.. going to fill my water bottle right now....

Exercise: 20 min walk to grans pushing little buggy - Aidan walking so couldn't go too fast
Exercise: 20 min walking down town and around mall with mum and Aidan pushing little buggy again not too fast...
Lunch: Baked Potatoe with coleslaw, pickle and mango chutney, small glass of mineral water and half a pineapple tart + half a coconut cake
Exercise: 10 min folding/hanging/organizing laundry
Dinner: Medeterainian Veg. Pizza with lettuce, avocado, tomato, cucumber vinigrette salad - 2 chocolate buttons for dessert and a cup of choco herbal tea ^^
Glasses of Water Tally: 2 
Exercise Total: 40 min - not very active

How am I Feeling?:
I was feeling pretty good this morning when I woke up - especially when I weighed myself and I had lost a pound lol - and that was after breakfast too XD  Plus I did pretty well at lunch - normally I would order a soup and paninin (white bread) with cheese  and a whole dessert and half of aidans to myself, so I managed to avoid dairy plus up my intake of veg majorly.  However, the afternoon came and I just totally lost all energy.  I spent an hour and a half on the couch dozing while Lily was napping and aidan was watching TV and subsequently other than folding a bit of laundry pretty much got nothing done around the house :-(  Still I rallied myself for dinner and made a nice salad full of veg and I'm only going to have the med. veg pizza from now on - no four cheese for me ^^  Where I really fell flat today was water - urgh... I used to be so good at drinking water all the time!   With Lily waking up in the nights and staying awake it's really taking it's toll... need to get to bed before minight EVERY NIGHT!

My first day so far....

Wake up: 07:30
Breakfast: 08:15 - A small banana and a half a cup of pineapple juice
Exercise: - 08:55 - 09:25 - Walking Aidan to nursery 15 min each way pushing buggy - brisk walk.
Snack: 12:00 - 450g tub of Rachels Organic Coconut Yogurt :-(
Exercise: - 12:40 - 13:10 - pick Aidan up from nursery - brisk walk one way slow walk back pushing buggy
Exercise: - 13:30 - 13:45 - Vacuuming living room and front hall
Lunch: - 14:45 - An egg salad wrap with lettuce and a hand full of Kettle Sweet Chili Chips
Dinner: - 18:30 - Veggie burger with lettuce, tomato, mayo, katchup mustard, avocado with ceasar salad and crisps - half an easter egg for dessert.

Exercise Total: 1hr 15min

How am I Feeling?:
Well, I have to say I'm still carrying the dissapointment of trying on dresses for the wedding yesterday and not finding anything that remotely fit nevermind was flattering.  I never think I'm as big as I am - how can my jeans be a 20 and be loose but an 18 won't fit over my bum let alone do up???  None of my close fit me properly and I can't stand to go shopping and find that nothing fits me there either!!  This has to stop, I'm almost 30 and it's only going to get harder if I don't loose it now.  I think (I hope) that if I see what I'm eating/doing and take the time to write it out each day and mark my progress or see where I'm falling short and keep track of it all it will help!  I guess we'll see.  I'm notorious for not keeping up with things and procrastination but that's all part and parcel of this as well.  So overall I guess I'm feeling motivated but still depressed about where I am with my health/weight.
