Do or Do NOT... there is no TRY!

I am starting this blog because my life is driving me crazy. I am overweight, unhealthy and I have no energy to get things done so I've decided to keep a blog of my progress - tracking what/when I eat, how/if/when I excersise and how I'm feeling each day. I hope it will motivate me to loose weight and feel better about myself as a whole. So here the journey begins....

Today was HARD >:(

So today was the first day ever that I actually threw out food.  I usually always eat what Aidan and/or Lily don't.  Today I made Aidan a grill cheese sandwich (I had an egg salad sandwich and an orange) and he had a quarter left and it was  SO HARD to not just pop it into my mouth and instead walk over the garbage and tip it in....urgh...
I'm a bit more surly today but that's probably because I really didn't get much sleep last night and I'm RAVENOUS by the time it gets to meal times.  But I'm coping.
Today was a toning day and I did twelve different exercises.  Some were easier than others - that hardest part was both the kids crawling all over me and I had to keep stopping to pull Lily down from the table/bookshelf/couch etc. (she climbs EVERYTHING!) - very frustrating.  Here's my totals for today:
