Do or Do NOT... there is no TRY!

I am starting this blog because my life is driving me crazy. I am overweight, unhealthy and I have no energy to get things done so I've decided to keep a blog of my progress - tracking what/when I eat, how/if/when I excersise and how I'm feeling each day. I hope it will motivate me to loose weight and feel better about myself as a whole. So here the journey begins....

Minor setback....

Ahhh I had such good intentions for today.  Light breakfast - rice cakes with peanut butter and jam, then off to mum for the day - went out for luch - a nice baked potato with creamchese/roasted pepers and sweet chili jam.  For a sweet I got a meringue with cream - nice and light plus I knew I was having wraps for dinner - all veg, no worries. 
Then Ellen came over, and she brought me fudge. >.<
I managed to resist the chocolate truffles she had bought and I was good during the day and only had one small piece.  Then I brought it home with me and gave some to Brian - good good but I still had a piece and a half left.  I split the big piece with Brian and had the other half.  150g in total.   
THE NIGHT BEFORE MY WEIGH IN WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME!!!!
ugh... I guess we'll see the damage when I weigh in tomorrow. *sigh*
